Selected artists and small businesses will receive partial coverage for shipping costs. Freight tracking will be available for real-time updates, and our team will assist with customs clearance to ensure a smooth process. Premium exhibitors will receive priority handling for faster shipping.

ARRIVAL & BOOTH SET-UP 

Arrival: Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive in Dubai by November 8, 2025, allowing ample time for booth setup. November 9, 2025: Take the day to relax and adjust.

Booth Setup – November 10, 2025: Our dedicated team will be on-site to assist with setup, ensuring your display is flawlessly arranged and ready to impress.

When to Apply: Apply 1-2 weeks before your departure. Please note, Dubai Embassy doesn’t handle visa application—only travel agencies, select hotels, and sponsors do.
